Barbara Ann Harder

Barbara Ann Harder, age 54, died on July 3, 2019 at her residence in Garden City, Kansas.  She was born on August 26, 1964 in Great Bend, Kansas, the daughter of Dr. Asel and Joanne (Cribbs) Harder.

A member of the Garden City community since 1971, Barbara worked as a teacher’s aide at Jennie Wilson and Georgia Matthews Elementary Schools.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Garden City.

Survivors include:

Parents Dr. Asel and Joanne Harder of Garden City, Kansas

Three Siblings Melinda Harder of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Marcia and Tom Maurer of Manhattan, Kansas

Douglas and Brenda Harder of Garden City, Kansas

13 Nieces and Nephews and four Grand Nieces.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred & Ada Harder and Henry & Fronie Cribbs.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church in Garden City, Kansas with Pastor Joel Plisek presiding.

There will be no calling times.

Interment will be held at a later date at the Bennington, Kansas Cemetery.
