Armando Fonseca, age 56, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on November 30, 1955 in Brownfield, Texas, the son of Ismael and Adela Marez Fonseca. A lifetime resident of Garden City, Kansas, he was a Diesel Mechanic. Survivors Include his Mother - Adela Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, Two Sons - Joe Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, Gabriel Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, One Daughter - Tonya Strampher of Garden City, Kansas, One Brother - Oscar Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, Five Sisters - Naomi Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, Ana Fonseca of Garden City, Kansas, Mary Fonseca of Dodge City, Kansas, Sylvia Fonseca of Dodge City, Kansas, Cynthia Fonseca of Dodge City, Kansas, Six Grandchildren and One Great Grandchild. He was preceded in death by his Father - Ismael Fonseca. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Interment will be held in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. Friends may call from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm Saturday, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday and 10:00 am until service time Monday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas The family requests memorials be given to the Armando Fonseca Memorial Fund and may be delivered to Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
