Heather Lewis-Unruh

Heather Renee' Lewis-Unruh, age 36, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2011 in Olathe, Kansas. She was born on July 29, 1974 in Scott City, Kansas, the daughter of William B. & DeLona R. McDaniel Lewis. In 1992 she graduated from Scott Community High School before attending Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas where she received a Dual Bachelors Degree in Marketing & Management. She moved to Kansas City in 1997. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas. On August 6, 2004 she married Larry Unruh in Kansas City, Missouri. He survives. Survivors include her Husband - Larry Unruh of Olathe, Kansas, Parents - William & DeLona Lewis of Scott City, Kansas, One Brother - Ryan & Katie Lewis of Liberty, Missouri, One Niece - Aisley Lewis of Liberty, Missouri, Grandparents - Pat Lewis of Scott City, Kansas, Jim & Annabelle McDaniel of Scott City, Kansas and Numerous Aunts, Uncles & Cousins. She was preceded in death by One Grandfather â Bruce Lewis. Funeral Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011 with Fr. Don Martin presiding. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials In Lieu of Flowers may be given to the Heather Lewis-Unruh Memorial Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City. Visitation will be at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.
