Nicholas Bryce Palen, age 27, passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021, at his home in Marienthal, Kansas.  He was born on March 21, 1993, in Denver, Colorado, the son of Nicholas Todd and Toni Sue Burgess Palen.  He was a resident of Marienthal, Kansas since 2010 moving from Elbert, Colorado, and was an electrician for Western Kansas Electric in Marienthal, Kansas.

He was a member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his Parents - Todd & Toni Palen of Marienthal, Kansas, One Sister - Kalli & Jakob Stegman of Garden City, Kansas, Three Nieces - Brantlee Stegman, Kora Stegman, and Maevyn Stegman of Garden City, Kansas, numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by Grandparents - Glenda Burgess, June Palen, Max Burgess, and Natalie Palen, One Aunt - Kelli Skibbe, and One Cousin - Ryan Skibbe.

Memorials services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.  Services will be streamed live on Facebook at Price and Sons Funeral Home page (www.facebook.com/priceandsons) starting at 1:55 PM.

There will be no calling times.

Inurnment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas at a later time.
